Programmer and Event Coordinator
We are looking for someone with the ability to bring our vision for the school to life.
An organized person with an eye for detail, capable of working independently yet possessing strong management skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and coordinate the schedule of courses, workshops, and experiences
Negotiate contracts with artists and vendors
Organize course launches and events
Manage registrations, emails, and participant relations
Oversee the operation of courses and events
Manage communication between artists, staff, and partners
Assist in gathering content for communication and promotion
Provide support for administrative and financial management
Ensure organization, smooth operations, and quality throughout the entire experience
Coordinate course needs with the studio technician
PROFILE
Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing sight of the details
Clear and professional communication
Independence and the ability to think ahead
Interest in art, nature, and creative processes
KEY SKILLS
Spoken and written Portuguese and English (required)
Experience in event planning and organization
Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Office, etc.)
WORK MODEL
On-site presence at Cerdeira during operational periods (workshops, classes, and school activities)
Remote work for coordination, planning, and communication tasks when applicable
Hybrid model, adapted to the rhythm of the school and its programs

Social Media Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to join the Cerdeira - Home for Creativity team.
Someone who knows how to tell stories, not with words. But with images, rhythm, and intention.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and manage content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, and others)
Define and execute social media and digital marketing strategies
Create visual content (photography, video, and graphic design)
Develop digital campaigns (organic and paid)
Monitor and optimize the customer journey
Analyze metrics and improve performance
Manage the community (messages, comments, reviews)
Work closely with the internal team
PROFILE
Keen visual eye
• Experience in social media and digital marketing
• Skills in design, photography or video
• Understanding of the customer journey and performance
Ability to tell stories and think visually
Knowledge of tools (Adobe, Canva, Meta Ads, Analytics)
Self-motivated, organized and strategic profile
Interest in creativity, art, sustainability and the local area
Experience in tourism/hospitality (preferred)
