O Workshop Raku e Taças Chawan parte da técnica ancestral da bola para realizar um conjunto de taças Chawan (taças de cerâmica japonesas) seguido de desbaste com ferramenta rudimentar de madeira para lhes dar a sua forma. Procurando a relação entre o objeto e a mão, exploramos o equilíbrio da forma e a dimensão numa cadência de tempo ritmada como uma pulsação.

The Raku Pottery Workshop with Chawan Bowls starts with the ancient ball technique to make a set of Chawan bowls (Japanese ceramic tea bowls), followed by thinning with a rudimentary wooden tool to give them their shape. Seeking the relationship between the object and the hand, we explore the balance of form and dimension in a rhythmic cadence of time, like a pulsation.
